As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you have the unique opportunity to build a foundation for an exciting and rewarding career in sales. As a key member of our team you will:


  • Participate in our sales training to learn the history of the industry, our target buyer, best practices for qualifying prospective clients, and more
  • Discover, qualify, and nurture new business leads through cold calling, email, social media and marketing campaigns
  • Use your creativity and detective skills to connect with decision makers to schedule meetings for Sales Executives
  • Professionally represent the Tcompliance brand, vision, and values
  • Surround yourself around ambitious individuals who create a fun and exciting work environment


Skills & Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.  Applicants with relevant work experience and/or individuals currently enrolled in a continuing education program may also be considered.
  • Excel in time management and ability to prioritize activities
  • Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, looking for new ways to succeed and drive more meetings
  • Desire to grow into a professional sales role
  • Strong oral (phone) and written (email) communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational Skills
  • Deadline and detail oriented
